Programme overview

This half-day course on Managing Hybrid Teams is 3-hours in duration, and can be delivered over 1 morning or 1 afternoon session. We can deliver the programme in-person, onsite, as preferred. Ensuring that team members feel supported and connected when working in a hybrid model is vital for the success of the overall team. This half-day workshop is designed to help participants understand how to manage hybrid teams successfully, build psychological safety, and learn how to support colleagues when working remotely or as part of a hybrid team. In addition, the programme will also examine communications skills and the different considerations for hybrid and/or remote teams. Participants will learn how to communicate more effectively and utilize communication tools. Our Subject Matter Expert will also introduce biases and the role these can play in a blended work environment

Learning outcomes:

  • On completion of this half-day programme, participants will:
    • Have an improved understanding of how to support team
    members when working in a hybrid environment.
    • Have developed tools and techniques for more successful
    collaboration, to create stronger, high-perfoming teams.
    • Understand how to communicate effectively when
    managing a hybrid team.
    • Feel more confident in their ability to manage teams who
    are working successfully within the hybrid or blended
    model.

The course would be suitable for those who would like to learn how best to manage hybrid teams, for more successful and productive teams in a hybrid working environment.
