This course is delivered in person over one full day and includes one 30min coaching session per participant.

This course is delivered virtually for 5 days.

Students will spend the first part of the course learning the PRINCE2® methodologies and frameworks, using case studies and their own experiences to understand how PRINCE2® can be applied to make a project more successful. Students will complete the PRINCE2® Foundation Exam before progressing to Practitioner level

Students will the second part of the course learning how to practically apply PRINCE2® to real world projects. At the end students will complete the PRINCE2® Practitioner exam.

They have learned in Excel Introduction, Intermediate, and Advanced. Delegates will use VBA to create macros for automating repetitive tasks in Excel.
