As part of our ongoing commitment to fostering inclusive and highly effective workplaces, we are pleased to share that IFS Skillnet Network Manager, Carl Blake, will feature as a panellist at the upcoming ADHD in Business 2026 conference.
Drawing from his extensive career in Learning and Development, Carl oversees a training plan that delivers more than 10,000 learning days to 1,000 learners across 130 companies annually. Diagnosed with ADHD later in life, he views his neurodivergent traits as a distinct professional asset in a demanding leadership role.
A passionate advocate for workplace inclusion and an active contributor to diversity working groups at Ibec, Carl will be sharing practical insights on leveraging neurodiversity to drive performance in the financial services sector.
Also, the event will be bringing together a line up who bring real experience, not theory:
- Paul Merriman, President, Fairstone Ireland (Dublin)
- Jordan Casey, Entrepreneur, MindPath, Waterford and London
- Barry Cryan, CEO and Founder, Do More Better (Roscommon)
- Amanda Fox, Neurodiversity Consultant, Autastic / The Inclusion Clinic (Waterford)
- Gemma O'Halloran, SME Strategist, Catalyst & Co (Wexford)
