27 November – Masterclass – Exploring the Human Side of Risk

Every decision we make involves managing the balance between risk and opportunity. The key to effective decision making is understanding individual differences, and how people interact with their environment and each other. Research has shown that the personalities of leaders have a huge impact on the risk-based decisions made in the financial sector. Understanding different personalities can help us identify and predict how a person might react to unexpected events or outcomes.

Join us on the 27th November for a Masterclass which will enable you to;

  • Understand the impact of individual differences on our decision making, planning, and risk taking
  • Gain insight into the only scientifically validated framework for assessing the human side of risk
  • Apply this research to teams, organisational culture, and risk management
