Trainer Bio:

Stephen Naughton

Stephen has over 20 years working across various development spheres and is an experienced leadership coach and facilitator. He worked for over 16 years’ leading teams and developing the Operations Performance Centre of Excellence for AIB (Allied Irish Bank), specialising in demand/ capacity planning.

Since leaving AIB, Stephen has continued his leadership coaching and performance improvement work across Insurance, Technology, Pharma, Banking and Government. Stephen has delivered programmes covering a wide variety of topics such as Leadership Development, Communications Skills, Emotional Development, Team Strategy and Engagement, Performance Improvement, Presentations Skills, Sales, Interviewing Skills, Virtual Communications, and Diversity & Awareness Training.

He coaches at senior management and executive level and is a lead coach in Active Operations Management, assisting companies increase their productivity by up to 15%. Stephen is a registered Roche Emotional Capital Report 360 Qualified Practitioner, a certified Humanistic Neurolinguistic Psychology Coaching Practitioner and an AOM Active Operations Lead Coach level 3. In his spare time, Stephen has his own podcast, Good Boss, Bad Boss, which he records monthly, interviewing leaders about their experiences and lessons learned from their time in business.
