Programme overview
The course covers the workings of the derivatives market and the trade association, ISDA. We work through the ISDA documentation framework including a detailed clause by clause analysis of the ISDA master agreement and coverage of the ancillary ISDA documentation.
We then cover the pertinent issues in ISDA documented trades such as netting, mark to market valuations, events of default and early termination to name a few.
