As the Financial Services industry deals with the challenges that Covid-19 places on our people and processes we must not forget our obligations under the regulations in place to safeguard our clients and our business. Fitness and Probity (F&P) is one such ongoing regulatory obligation and IFS Skillnet is delighted to offer two new courses to members. The first is a short briefing (45min) designed to introduce the main concepts of F&P. The second is a more comprehensive 3 hour tutorial which explores and explains companies and individuals obligations under Fitness and Probity. This will be especially useful for those working in Controlled Functions (CF), Pre-approved Controlled Functions (PCF) or those aspiring to such roles.
